The Google tag loads with advertising and analytics storage denied until you decide: without your consent no advertising cookie is set and no advertising identifier is used, although the request itself may still reach Google’s servers. Accepting the "Marketing" category switches measurement on; rejecting it, or making no choice, leaves it off.
