We collect your name, email, phone number and travel dates only when you choose to make a reservation or contact us. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Data is used to process reservations, send confirmation emails and communicate about the service. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at our support email.
We advertise online and use Google technologies (Google Ads) to measure the results of that advertising — for example, whether a reservation request followed an ad. For this purpose Google acts as our measurement and advertising provider and may process data outside Kosovo. We do not sell your data, and we do not send Google your name, email address or phone number as part of this measurement. Advertising measurement is only switched on if you accept the "Marketing" category in the cookie settings, and you can change or withdraw that choice at any time.
